What is your delivery policy?

We offer a see-before-you-keep policy. If you decide to return the unworn item within 30 days of delivery, please contact support@brathwait.com to receive a free return label. After we receive your return, your funds will be released within 5-10 days. 

All orders received before 2 pm EST will be with a courier within 24 hours. All shipments include a tracking number traceable at DHL.com, UPS.com, or USPS.com. For all US shipments, please allow 2-4 business days for delivery. For all international shipments, please allow 10-15 business days for delivery. (Deliveries to the United Arab Emirates are required to have a P.O. box. Deliveries can not be made to residential or business addresses in the United Arab Emirates.)

Some, but not all, countries offer the ability to upgrade shipping. All delivery times are an estimate only and can change anytime.

Please note that local customs tariffs will apply outside of the US. Should you wish to cancel an order before delivery, those funds will then be released on the same day.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Orders cancelled before shipping will be fully refunded. If the order has shipped, please use our return policy to get a full refund.

All sales are final. International shipments may require duties and taxes upon receipt of your package. If you chose not to pay for the customs duties/taxes, we can not issue you a refund. Refunds will only be issued if your order is returned using one of our free return labels. 

Does your watch come with a warranty?

Your watch is covered by our twelve month international warranty against any defects in manufacturing; this includes the watch movement, indexes, dial, and hands. 

In other words, if the watch parts or mechanics don't work properly, and it's our fault, we will repair or replace your product for free. 

However, this does not cover any abuse or physical damage inflicted on the watch. The warranty does not cover water damage, normal wear and tear, batteries, accidental glass damage, scratches, strap damage, or theft. Please note that leather straps are not waterproof although the watch is water resistant to 100 meters.   

If the product is returned during the warranty period, Brathwait will repair or replace any defective watch or watch-part, at no additional expense, within a reasonable time, after the product is returned. However, the customer may be subject to the costs of shipping the product. 

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests, so please keep your receipt with the purchase e-mail. 

Will duties apply?

Orders received outside of the US may be subject to customs tariffs governed by local authorities. We do not receive these funds and are not responsible for paying such charges. Those funds go exclusively to your local Government.

What is your return policy?

We offer a free return, full refund, no questions asked policy, on all unworn products within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us at support@brathwait.com and we will arrange for you to receive a free return shipping label by email. Upon receipt of the label, please follow the attached directions to return your purchase for a refund. Express shipping is not refundable. 

What is your privacy policy

We do not store or share credit card information with third parties. We do not share personal information, email, or contact details to any third party. For delivery purposes your contact information is provided to DHL/UPS. Please note that our website uses cookies to increase customer experience.

What is your sales tax?

All prices on Brathwait.com are final and include free worldwide shipping. Please note that orders received outside of the US will be subject to customs tariffs governed by local authorities.

Where are your watches made?

We use Italian leather, Swiss quartz movements and Japanese Automatic movements. Made in China by expert hands.
